After doing construction lending for other companies since 1987, I purchased Tri-Mount Financial in 2002. We are a different kind of mortgage broker. While we are happy to have any purchase or refinance business, the main thrust of our business is construction lending. It is the only business we solicit.

 

We have three goals at Tri-Mount. The first is to offer the widest range of construction loans possible. Since we are mortgage brokers, we are not limited to one program from one company. We offer a wide range of programs from many banks and mortgage lenders. We offer single and two time close loans, full income documentation and stated, fixed and variable rates, good credit and bad. We even have zero down programs for applicants that can document sufficient income and have good credit.

 

Our second goal is have the highest level of knowledge and experience in the marketplace. We are in daily contact with our lender/partners to make sure we are up to date on the guidelines for all construction loan programs. We look closely at the qualifications of every applicant to make sure you get the lowest rates and fees available.

 

Lastly, we treat every home dealer, contractor, and borrower with the utmost respect and honesty. We will speak frankly and honestly about what we can and can not do. We won’t waste your time or money. We won’t make promises we cant keep. If we can’t do the deal, and another lender can, we will help get your deal closed with that lender. It doesn’t happen too often but we are willing to do whatever it takes to make your dream happen.
